COMPLETE COASTAL REMODEL

This Coastal Home was built in the 1920's and had very little upkeep since then. It not only had foundation and structural issues but many electrical problems. LED light fixtures were added throughout and all new electrical wiring was installed. The remodel added 10 times more light fixtures but the power consumption and bill has decreased by half.

COASTAL HORSE RANCH

Surrounded by green hills and flower fields, this beautiful new home only adds to it's surroundings. LED ceiling can lights and specialty spotlights keep this home feeling bright and open.

treasured Remodel

This remodel was designed to emphasize the owner’s artwork and treasures collected in their worldwide travels. Using gimbal ceiling can lights, the artwork is easily spotlighted and the exterior lighting shows off the beautiful bonsai garden.
